Auriel Majumdar brings creative coaching mastery to the cultural sector, transforming artists, performers, and arts organizations through innovative development approaches. An engaging public speaker and cultural interviewer, she creates spaces where creative leaders can deeply reflect on their practice and vision. As an EMCC accredited Master Practitioner , Auriel combines psychological insight with creative techniques in her work with national cultural institutions, independent artists, and arts charities. She shapes cultural policy as Chair of Flux Rotherham Consortium and serves on the Advisory Group for No Bounds Festival and the Board of Music Local. Former Course Leader for Sheffield Hallam University's MSc. in Coaching and Mentoring Programme, Auriel has authored pioneering academic work on Creative Coaching Online and Poetry in Coaching.
