For over a decade, Dominic has played a key role in the expansion of Label Worx with a career that has seen him grow with the company from a junior into his current position as VP of Artist, Content & Labels where he oversees operations, staff and projects at every level of the business.
Working closely with clients like Dirtybird, Enhanced, Solid Grooves and Lofi Girl, Dominic has been instrumental in launching and managing some of the scene’s most respected labels, as well as facilitating forward-thinking partnerships with platforms like Spotify, YouTube and Twitch, and helping to curate the Virtual Music Conference in 2020.
In addition to his role at Label Worx, Dominic’s cross-industry experience includes senior management positions at sister companies Reset The Night (artist management), Lime Blue Music (neighbouring rights) and Mixtank (e-commerce and education). This in-depth knowledge of the music industry has led him to become a regular speaker at events like WMC, Brighton Music Conference and the Berlin Dance Event.
