As the Deputy CEO of Generator North East Ltd Alice is deeply invested in fostering sustainable development and accessibility across the music industry and wider cultural sector in the North East.

A seasoned business development manager working across various sectors including Music, Outdoor Arts, Arts Education and serving as a trustee for Newcastle Arts Centre, Alice has dedicated over a decade to various facets of arts management spanning operations, logistics, funding, finance, marketing, and HR.

Beyond her industry endeavours, Alice maintains a connection to her creative roots touring as vocalist for the Strictly Smokin' Big Band and teaching Voice at Newcastle University.
