Melvin Benn is the Managing Director of Festival Republic, the leading UK event promoter behind Latitude, Reading & Leeds Festivals, Wireless and Wilderness.

With vast experience of staging the biggest festival and outdoor music shows in the world, Benn is also Director of Glastonbury Festival and was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Wembley Stadium for five years from 2011.

Emily Pilbeam is a radio presenter, producer, team assistant and DJ. Emily currently presents the BBC Music Introducing in West Yorkshire, and is a regular dep on BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio.
