Steph has been a part of the un:hurd team for the past three years overseeing campaigns for a select roster of artists. With a deep-rooted passion for music, the early days of street teams and social media fandoms were where she learned the critical importance of cultivating loyal, engaged fan bases.

Formally trained in Music Business at UCLA, Steph's industry experience includes time at First Access, working with top UK artists, and freelancing for Hearst created engaging short-form content for major brands such as Elle and Digital Spy.

At un:hurd, Steph stays plugged into the pulse of artist-fan engagement, constantly monitoring how artists grow and maintain their audiences. A unique perspective, shaped by years of hands-on experience and digital immersion, equips her with a deep understanding of the essential strategies and team needed to leave a lasting impression on today’s fans.
