Maeve Florsheim

Maeve (she/her) is the lead singer and one-half of the Leeds based alt-pop duo Lucky Iris!

The duo's breakthrough EP “maybe i’m too much” released in August 2023 was met with a wave of tastemaker hype, as well as a sync on Love Island. They have seen continued support from BBC Radio 1, Radio X, BBC 6 Music and BBC Introducing. As well as funding and support from Launchpad, Help Musicians and The F-list. Live performances have seen them grace stages across the country supporting the likes of Real Lies, Future Utopia and hyper-pop sensation Hannah Diamond.

This year the band have been building up to their brand new EP “something to believe in'' slated for release October 18th, coming out through Launchpad+ X EMI North. So far the campaign has seen the pair receive national airtime, their first national TV interview and continued support from Tottenham Hotspur FC.
