Nathalie Candel (Tour & Event Manager - Future Yard / Shift Liverpool)
Dutch born and Liverpool-based live events and touring specialist Nathalie Candel began her professional music career in 2012, working on the European festival circuit before honing her skills in tour management.
Today, Nathalie combines her passion for sustainability with her career in live music.
In her role at Future Yard Nathalie manages her local music venue’s Environmental Pledge and takes on the development and delivery of its Carbon Neutral Roadmap in collaboration with Liverpool John Moores University.
Most recently she has become a Freelance Event Manager for Julie's Bicycle, a pioneering charity that mobilises the arts and culture sectors to take action on the climate and ecological crisis.
Nathalie is part of the consensus for rapid action on climate change, helping to shift narratives and actions where needed in the music industry. Her goal is to implement environmental best practice within the international touring community.
