Gaius 'G-Lo' Mavila (Founder/Consultant - CLICK Management & Consulting)

Hailing from Brixton South-London, G-Lo’s story begins with being unable to secure a part-time job during early teens. As a result, it led him to entrepreneurship; selling phones, repurposing clothing, DJing - if there was a problem or a need, G-Lo would remedy that.

Having met now House of Pharaohs founding members, Sam Wise & Danny stern at high school, a shared vision and appreciation for art, gravitated them. Still dabbling in sports and small scale enterprise, G-Lo begun to contribute to House of Pharaohs by answering the emails. Shortly after G-Lo begun a degree in Philosophy & Politics at the University of Leeds, this period changed the course of his life from aspiring to become a corporate solicitor, to transitioning into management, and consulting HOP as his first clients. G-Lo has been instrumental in procuring sold out tours across the UK, recording/distribution deals, in addition to, consulting brand partnerships with Ralph Lauren, Nike and more.

Collectives come in many forms. Anarchists, the Power Rangers, spiritual groups – you name it. But, when it comes to British rap group House of Pharaohs, there isn’t really any historical precedent. They’re not making grime. They’re not on drill, and they’re not on road, either. House of Pharaohs is an entity made up of solo artists – each of whom has their own unique tastes and personalities – who come together to create something unique.
