Moma Cat is an independent Leeds label focused on improving diversity in the music industry. Ranging from Contemporary Jazz to Electronic global bass music, they host events and release music that aims to bring people together through joy and high energy!
They have released the music of local legends Plantfood, with lots more releases due to come over the summer from some of Leeds' best high energy Jazz and Soul artists.
One of their events, BAZUKA, is a sell out club night that showcases electronic music from different soundsystem styles around the world, whilst giving local DJ's from different cultural backgrounds a platform to play music from their culture to a full club.
