At 20 years old, SK21 is Keighley’s first ever U.K Rap/Grime Artist.
SK21 has many reasons to rap; his idol 2Pac Shakur, wanting to break out of the boundaries of his area and set a new trend, and to create a way out for the friends he has lost to the system.
Writing music since he was 9 years old, he decided to do it seriously once he turned 18. With the backing and push from the people he grew up with, he is willing to work 24/7, 365 days a year to get where he wants to go.
His track ‘Bang On The Roads’ was featured on KODH (King Of Da Hills), a local YouTube channel which is growing up north in Yorkshire. Since then, he has been busy making more music and with the help of platforms like KODH and P110 he hopes to be at the top of the food chain of Yorkshire’s grime scene.
