Mamilah are a jazz & latin infused nu-soul band originating in Leeds. The energetic rhythm & horn section beautifully envelops the introspective, lyrical vocals, leaving your mind unwinding the words long after the music has stopped.
Their music has been played on Jazz FM, Global Soul Radio, BBC Introducing West Yorkshire and has been covered by Clash Magazine, Bandcamp Daily and independent music blogs and publications in the UK. Previous performances include Boomtown Fair, El Dorado Festival, Manchester Jazz Festival and shows in UK wide grassroots venues supporting the likes of KOKOROKO, Yazmin Lacey & Craig Charles.
