Laura Kindelan
Laura Kindelan is a songwriter, guitarist, producer, vocal engineer and the creative behind the artist project ‘Kindelan’. Picking up a guitar at age 8 and beginning to write and perform original music shortly after, Laura eventually moved to Leeds to study songwriting at Leeds Conservatoire. There, she delved head first into collaboration and took time to explore her craft, while immersing herself in the city’s thriving music scene.
Discovering a passion for music production, Laura co-produced the debut Kindelan EP with Ed Allen, self-produced her latest release, and vocal-engineered tracks for artists’ 2024 projects. She has also formed a production partnership with Lily Sturt-Bolshaw (Sunflower Thieves), recording and co-producing artists across the North.
Laura has participated in songwriting camps for sync and artist briefs, hosted a collaborative camp at Tileyard North, and organised informal camps in Northumberland. Her work emphasises creativity, community, and empowering artists through collaboration and production.
