Becci is a visionary music business executive with over two decades of experience in partnerships, programme development, communications, and export. A champion of equity in the music industry, Becci is renowned for their compassionate leadership and dedication to fostering sustainable international careers through connection and collaboration.
Becci played a key role in delivering WOMEX ’13 in Cardiff, led Wales’ international showcase for seven years, and has spoken at global events like SXSW, MUTEK, and The Great Escape. In 2024, Becci successfully launched UK Sounds, a national export brand promoting UK music on the global stage. A mentor for SEWEM, Becci supports cross-cultural collaboration and women’s empowerment in the music industry.
Currently Senior Grants & Programmes Manager at PRS Foundation, Becci oversees £3M in annual grants, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion at its core. Under their leadership, PRS Foundation has surpassed gender pledges and championed intersectional approaches to supporting underrepresented music creators.
