Matilde Mirotti

Matilde is an artist and industry professional from the North of Italy. Since moving to Leeds 5 years ago she has been focusing on her career as a musician, forming alt-pop duo 'In the Morning Lights' in 2018 and collaborating with some of the most talented producers and writers in the city such as Frankie Harper, Chris Smith, Shaku and Dokkodo Sounds.

In January she joined the team at Leeds indie Label 'Come Play With Me' as their Magazine Assistant. Since then, she's been supporting the Magazine editor to publish the bi-monthly Magazine and coordinating the realisation of the second season of Connected Sounds, a podcast exploring the Queer experience in the music industry. In her role, Matilde also focuses on initiating and nurturing relationships with advertisers and industry partners.
