Programme Manager/Artist - NYMAZ

I am a musician based in Sheffield recording and releasing original music. I work (4 days a week) as Programme Manager for NYMAZ, a youth music development charity. I have been in this role for just about a year by the time of this event, and before this I was a youth development lead and the Prince's Trust supporting young people to start their own business. I am also self-employed as a social media manager and events producer for Key Of She, which hosts monthly musical improv jam nights for women and non-binary artists as well as workshops and Soundbaths. I really value using my skills and knowledge to support young people and to platform voices less often heard in creative spaces. I am still on my own journey with regards to growing as an artist and received funding and mentoring as a supported Launchpad artist in 2022
