Amelia Garrett

Amelia is a music journalist and events promoter based in Sheffield. With an interest in creating community and supporting emerging talent, she is an editor at ‘under the radar’, helping artists expand their audiences within the UK. As inclusions officer for Forge Radio, she’s held open-aux music nights for members and showcased Sheffield’s new-wave jazz talent through an end-of-year gig. Amelia aims to help expand and sustain local music communities in Yorkshire, creating more value for those who are a part of them and exploring photography and zine publishing to creatively capture the diverse range of music that exists within them!
