Frank is the founder of Kycker, an artist development platform assists bands and artists become sustainable independent businesses whilst also providing data driven A&R.

The platform also offers opportunities such as an auomated way to collect live royalties, sync and live /showcases such as South by South West and MUSEXPO (LA), Zandari Festival (Seoul, South Korea) as well as UK based festivals such as Liverpool Sound City, The Great Escape (Brighton) and Tramlines (Sheffield).

Frank also works with a number of partner organisations such as DBT, DCMS, the Arts Council, PRS for Music and UK Music, to bring new income and opportunities to music businesses.

Before founding Kycker and DMF Digital / ALYA Records, Frank was Artist Development Coordinator for Higher Rhythm Ltd overseeing Circuit Records and the music business network Plugged in Yorkshire (now Music Industry Yorkshire).
